How can I script to have headless browser clear cache and re-login?

I'm having some issues: "Action blocked" (liking) or unable to open a profile page and it would tell me "try again in a few minutes"

This was solved by clearing cache and having the bot continue

Restarting the script _without_ clearing cache did _not_ solve it, so I have been searching how to make the script clear cache before the initial login but I'm unsuccessful and not a coder either

Could someone help me with this? I would love to run the script on a server eventually and so I can't manually clear the cache
