No module named selenium

i'm on mac and when i click on mac_start.command i get this

any help?

Run mac_start.command to reproduce the ImportError, then inspect quickstart.py and the setup instructions referenced by the quickstart. Done means the mac_start.command flow starts without reporting that the selenium module is missing.
