quickstart.py から始め、traceback を instapy/browser.py の set_selenium_local_session までたどります。そこでは Firefox WebDriver の作成に失敗します。報告された InstaPy 0.6.10 と Python 3.8 32-bit の環境で SessionNotCreatedException を再現します。quickstart が capabilities エラーなしでブラウザーセッションを作成できれば完了です。
