Start with the traceback entry points in instapy.py, like_util.py, and util.py, especially is_private_profile and the follow_by_list call. Reproduce the reported StaleElementReferenceException with InstaPy 0.6.12 and establish the expected behavior before defining a fix and regression coverage.
