Only follow users that have more Followings than Followers

I would like to have InstaPy only follow users that have more Followings than Followers. I have looked through the documentation to find an existing feature to handle this but I could not find one.

I have tried various edits to follow_given_user_followers and follow_through_dialog to produce this result but none of my attempts worked. I am new to programming and have tried everything I can think of with my limited abilities.

Does anyone know if there is an existing method to only follow a user that has more Followings than Followers or how to alter the code to produce this result?
