Trouble installing itk-lesionsizingtoolkit

I input the following code -
!pip install itk
!python -m pip install --upgrade pip
!python -m pip install itk-lesionsizingtoolkit

and I am getting the following error-
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement itk-lesionsizingtoolkit (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for itk-lesionsizingtoolkit

Is there a reason I am still not able to install?
