update_links_in_translations should update links to section landing pages

The update_links_in_translations script does a great job of getting us links to translated articles when one exists. Sometimes there is a link not to an individual article but to a section landing page (with thumbnails of all articles in that section). As an example the Contributor - Introduction article links to the Trusted Committer section landing page. We would like for these links to go to the translated version of the landing page instead of the English version.
