Imageomics

A Python tool for estimating animal GPS coordinates from camera-trap imagery using known camera position, bearing, and pinhole geometric projection. Uses YOLO+SAHI sliced inference for detection and BioCLIP 2 (via open_clip) for zero-shot species classification.
