From `kafka_dae_diagnostics` we want to publish something that gives functionality similar to existing IBEX/ICP "detector diagnostics" view (i.e. easy identification of non-counting detectors, fast-counting detectors).
Discuss with DSG what diagnostics are useful to have available in IBEX as they are the primary users of this screen.
