Transform HelloZeroNet from user into an organization

Currently it's a bit strange that HelloZeroNet is a user with all the repositories in that account.

To get more contributors on board and showcase the project better, it would be good to transform the user into an organization.

Start by reviewing the current HelloZeroNet user account and its repositories, then determine the steps required to transform that account into a GitHub organization. Done means the project is represented by an organization, repositories remain available, and contributors can be onboarded as intended.
