ZeroNet in php

Can someone rewrite zeronet in pure php and js
I believe this is the right path to decentralization.
The point is to store zeronet data not on your PC but on the server (hosting).

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reviewing the existing ZeroNet architecture and clarify the intended scope of a PHP and JavaScript rewrite, including how data should be stored on hosting. Done would require an agreed implementation plan and a defined replacement for the current system.
