Connection with UiServer Websocket was lost. Reconnecting...

I know other people have gotten this int he past. It is coming up for me. If I completely kill and restart zero net I can get to the main screen but upon trying to do anything else I get this error. Here is the debug log from today.

Start by reviewing the attached debug.log and tracing the UiServer WebSocket connection and reconnection path. Reproduce the failure after restarting ZeroNet and attempting another action. Done means identifying the cause and verifying that the connection no longer fails in the reported scenario.
