Setting a port number below 1024

It prevents ZeroNet from working.

You have to change the port number under ZeroNet.conf back to one that's above 1023 to make ZeroNet work again.

Start by reproducing the issue with a port below 1024 in ZeroNet.conf and compare it with a port above 1023. Trace how the configured port is validated or used, then verify that ZeroNet starts successfully or reports a clear, actionable error for restricted ports.
