Large ZeroNet-win-dist-win64\core\tools\tor\data\notice.log

Hello,

i am running py3 zeronet on Windows 10 and my zeronet is in the form of ZeroNet-win-dist-win64

i have found that in the last like 7 months the file ZeroNet-win-dist-win64\core\tools\tor\data\notice.log grown to 120MB size. Around half of the file size are entries from just January and February 2020

Almost all lines are like this

`[warn] Giving up launching first hop of circuit to rendezvous point [scrubbed] for service abcdef.`

less entries this:
`
[warn] Couldn't relaunch rendezvous circuit to '[scrubbed]'.`

There are times (like today) where these entries appear nearly every second for a few minutes.

I am unsure if these warnings can be prevented and if it is acceptable.
I think i can disable logging by editting file zeronet\core\tools\tor\torrc-defaults
and turning:
Log notice file data\notice.log
into:
\# Log notice file data\notice.log

and then adding same line:
\# Log notice file data\notice.log
into file zeronet\core\tools\tor\torrc

But for other people, can it be made that the notice.log will be disabled by default or file periodicaly deleted or do not log above mentioned events by default?
