Load Js In Modal

I want a script reference to be loaded in Modal to use its functionality

I have tried to put in the modal.cshtml but it is not working
My Modal opening code is as seen below

_createModal = new app.ModalManager({
ViewUrl: abp.appPath + 'path',
scriptURL: abp.appPath + 'js path',
modalClass: 'class'
})

and then opening modal with this command
_createModal.open().

Start with the modal.cshtml example and trace how app.ModalManager handles the scriptURL option when _createModal.open() is called. Reproduce the reported failure using the provided modal configuration and determine whether the referenced script becomes available in the modal; done means the requested script functionality works when the modal opens.
