Possible to create symbolic links?

Hi, I need to get the files in content.json that are in the folder by a symbolic link.
I create a link like this

ln -s / mnt / node / video video

"index.html": {
"sha512": "",
"size": 1689
},
"video/videofile.mp4": {
"sha512": "",
"size": 3647
},

Is it possible?
My files are not indexed and do not fall into the content.json file when I click on save settings in the side menu.
How to achieve what I need?
