Google's new File Stream app causing problems

### Step 2: Describe the problem:
I recently installed the new Google File Stream app as they are discontinuing Google Drive app soon. Google File Stream completely blocks ZeroNet. If I quit the Google File Stream application then ZeroNet loads fine. I have tried this several times just to be sure. Google File Stream may be using the same localhost port as ZeroNet?

#### Steps to reproduce:

1. Run Google File Stream
2. Then run ZeroNet
3. Open browser and try to navigate to ZeroHello
4. Page will not load

Windows 10 で Google File Stream と ZeroNet を実行し、その後 Chrome で ZeroHello を開いて問題を再現します。まず localhost ポートの使用状況と ZeroNet の起動動作を確認します。Google File Stream を実行したまま ZeroNet と ZeroHello が読み込まれれば完了です。
