Question: hanging fileWrite - verify failed - download failed

* ZeroNet version: 0.6.2 (3408)
* Operating system: ubuntu 16.04
* Web browser: chrone
* Tor status: disabled
* Opened port: no
* Special configuration: using same certificate 1CCiJ97XHgVeJrkbnzLgfXvYRr8QEWxnWF in the different ZeroNet clients for same site. Merger site.

### Step 2: Describe the problem:

fileWrite 44fb40d546-i.1524133183764 is hanging. New optional file. Using unix timestamp (here 1524133183764) as extension.
UI notification: This file still in sync, if you write it now, then the previous content may be lost.

Checked UI-server log. Looks like fileWrite cmd is waiting for other peers. Why?

Update 1: repeated test with ZeroNet port open. Same problem with fileWrite and This file still in sync, if you write it now, then the previous content may be lost

Update 2: did a OK siteSign 1W3Et1D5BnqfsXfx2kSx8T61fTPz5V2Ft --inner_path data/users/1CCiJ97XHgVeJrkbnzLgfXvYRr8QEWxnWF/content.json --remove_missing_optional --publish to "cleanup" any problems with 1CCiJ97XHgVeJrkbnzLgfXvYRr8QEWxnWF user directory. Repeated test with ZeroNet port open. Same result.

Update 3: changed certificate to 18DbeZgtVCcLghmtzvg4Uv8uRQAwR8wnDQ (jro@zeroid.bit). No problem with this certificate.

Update 4: changed back to 1CCiJ97XHgVeJrkbnzLgfXvYRr8QEWxnWF. Still problem with hanging fileWrite.

Update 5: edit sites.json file and removed 2 1CCiJ97XHgVeJrkbnzLgfXvYRr8QEWxnWF bad files for site 1W3Et1D5BnqfsXfx2kSx8T61fTPz5V2Ft. Restarted UI server and tested OK without hanging fileWrite cmd. So removing bad files helped .... ?

Start with the UI-server log entries for the hanging fileWrite and the affected optional file, then inspect the sites.json entry for site 1W3Et1D5BnqfsXfx2kSx8T61fTPz5V2Ft. Review the siteSign command and file synchronization path; done means the affected fileWrite no longer hangs and the optional file completes verification and download without the reported errors.
