Suggestion - ZeroMenu Unified

Hello dev and the others!
I found that the menu of zeronet can be improved, especially I found by my use that the section "Site connected" is not very useful in itself, it would be more practical to be able to create favorite sections according to Our needs.

This is how I came up with an idea, instead of reserving the menu to zerohello, why not unified the menu so that it is available directly from all the zeronet network site (and why not via a plugin browser, To have this unified menu on the website "internet")
Let's call this menu: ZeroMenu

I develop the following ideas:

- An address bar or zero protocol: // would be native in ZeroMenu
- A separate section for connected sites
- To be able to put a favorite site directly on the site concerned via ZeroMenu
- A favorite section (entry point)
- Integrated site information (traditionally the slipped menu in the top right)
- Zerohello becomes the home page of the network, with information of the dev, different notification (zerotalk, zerome ...)
- A notification button directly in ZeroMenu
- ZeroMenu is hidden by default, only a button labeled 0 at the top left is permanently visible

I join concept art, and I invite you to enrich this idea to make it a useful feature.

The proposal contains several distinct features but names no files, tests, entry points, or acceptance criteria, so the scope and definition of done would need to be agreed before implementation.
