The Artboard tool needs to support G/S (grab and scale) transformation

When the Artboard tool is selected, G/S (like the G/R/S of the Select and Path tools) needs to allow the user to grab and scale the selected artboard. Code should be reused in the implementation.

Artboard ツールの実装と、Select ツールおよび Path ツールにある既存の G/R/S 変換処理を特定します。選択した artboard がどのように変換されるかを確認し、その後、コードを再利用してそこで G/S が動作するようにします。完了条件は、他のツールと同じように、選択した artboard に対して grab と scale が動作することです。
