Stroke weight inconsistency between Shape tools and pen/pencil/spline tool

1) When we draw something using a shape tool(shape/ellipse/rectangle/etc) and when we draw something using the pen/pencil/spline tool, in both cases the default stroke weight is 2 px (visible in the Properties panel). However, as clearly shown in the video, the stroke weight appears different.
2) The stroke weight change behaviour during transformation that was resolved by the PR (https://github.com/GraphiteEditor/Graphite/pull/3854
)? That fix only resolved the issue when the figure is drawn using a shape tool(shape/ellipse/rectangle/etc). When the shape is drawn using the pen/spline/pencil tool, the bug still persists, as visible in the above clip.

Both the above mentioned bugs will be more or less because of the same issue.

Reproduisez l’écart à l’aide du clip lié, en comparant la sortie de shape-tool avec celle de pen, pencil et spline avec la même épaisseur de trait de 2 px. Examinez les modifications de PR #3854 et retracez le comportement de transformation des outils pen, pencil et spline. Le travail est terminé lorsque l’épaisseur de trait visible et la mise à l’échelle du trait pendant la transformation sont cohérentes entre ces outils.
