Handle operations don't work on shapes created with the Shape Tool

Handle operations like "Option + drag" & "Control + drag" are not working when the shape is drawn with shape tool.
In "Option + drag" operation, the handles should grow proportionally along the anchor point and remain collinear. Similarly for "Control + Drag" it should snap along the anchor point.
