Custom pivot in some cases has poor visibility

Gizmos that are put directly on objects that can change colors should be designed in a way that they are always visible.
Currently if the object has the same or very similar color as the custom pivot its impossible to tell where the pivot is located.

Here I set the path to have the fill in the exact color of the pivot gizmo:

One solution to this is to style the pivot as tracker marker:

Reproduce the reported case by placing a custom pivot on a color-changing object whose fill matches the pivot, then compare it with the tracker marker examples in the issue. Trace the custom-pivot rendering entry point and determine how visibility should be preserved; done means the pivot remains distinguishable across similar object colors and existing graphics behavior still works.
