Coop leaderboard entries with the same time are merged together

I think I saw this happen a while ago (over a year ago) where I played a solo game and happened to get the same time as another player, and then our two entries on the leaderboard were displayed as a single two player entry. This might be an issue with the API query, or with the client. Or it's also possible that I'm misremembering things. Would need investigation.
