Connect *.fafreplay files to the FAForever.exe

Currently local replays are not being opened by the FAForever.exe by default which means that you either have to change the setting yourself or can't watch replays offline or just right from the explorer without having to navigate through the client.

If the installer for the next client update would give people an option to bind replays to the correct .exe that would be nice.
