Change Display of %

I can set the Title of Arc but if use this with Temperatures i can't change the % of percentage with °, please add this function =)

Start by reproducing the Arc title display with a temperature value and compare the current percentage symbol with the requested degree symbol. Done means the display can use ° for temperature values instead of being limited to %.
