Create CI Page

We would like to have a CI page that displays the "temporary" environments. Organizations may call their temporary test organizations something different, bur for the sake of DeployBoard we need to call it something standard. We have chosen CI since it is commonly used within the industry.

The CI page should display any of the non-static environments defined in the account['environment'] field. We also only want to display CI deployments that are active. As soon as one of these "temporary" environments is destroyed, we should no longer display it on the CI Page, but still be preserved in the logs for audit and analytics purposes.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the handling for account['environment'] and deployment lifecycle, then trace how a page lists active environments. Done means non-static active environments appear on the CI page, destroyed environments disappear from it, and their logs remain available for audit and analytics.
