Provide session expired message

Right now if your session expires, we redirect back to the login page while clearing the flask session. We should pass an info message on that page saying the session expired, please log in again. Right now it's unclear as to why the user is being returned to the login page.

Start by locating the session-expiration redirect and the login page handling in the Flask application. Confirm how informational messages are passed after the session is cleared; done means the login page clearly says that the session expired and asks the user to log in again.
