Use the environment order in the dashboard

When displaying data on the dashboard, we should sort the items based on the order that is in the environment list.
We could possibly do this on the backend services api route where we retrieve the data, so the data would come back properly ordered, but I think we should still order it on the front end in the event the data does not get ordered properly from the backend.
