[AMI] Add posibility to definie new locations in other regions

Now our AMI supports deployment of the whole stack in one region. Adding a new location (and gateway) would be best in other regions.
Analyse how to do so (new AMI just with GW?...)

Review the repository's Docker, Kubernetes, and installer deployment files, then trace how the current single-region AMI and gateway are assembled. Determine whether a separate gateway-only AMI or another arrangement supports additional regions, and document the deployment changes and acceptance criteria needed.
