Fix loading button state

### Expected behavior

When the user clicks on the `generate code.json metadata` button, the loading state doesn't resolve itself

### Actual behavior

Loading state isn’t being reset after the action completes

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Click on button
2. Metadata is generated
3. Button is still in a loading state

Start by locating the `generate code.json metadata` button and tracing its action through metadata generation. Reproduce the issue, then verify that the button leaves its loading state after generation completes.
