Hi,
Thanks for your release of your analysis pipeline of the wonderful work.
I tried to apply the pipeline to a roi-based dataset since we do not have a powerful PC, also it makes
me hard to make the network templates for matching with dense data, though you said that in the
support files you offered the template file, while I only find some binary masks and colormap .mat file, there
is no seed_matrix file you showed in the README file
I wanna if you can nicely offer the template file :)
