Additional license names

During development I found that there are some license names which are missing. With this issue I'd like to add them to existing file.

まず、cyclonedx-core-java にある既存のライセンス名ファイルまたはマッピングを見つけ、そのエントリを issue にある2つの LGPL-2.0-only の行と比較します。完了の条件は、そのライセンス ID に対して要求された両方の名前が表現され、関連するテストに合格することです。
