Lecture Only Sections Shouldn't Include Recitation

Here's an interesting edge case I found on MKTG-230 "Principles of Marketing."

The class has 4 sections this Fall, but the format of every section isn't the same. Sections 1, 2, and 3 only include a lecture. Section 4, however, includes a lecture and recitation, from which there are three to choose.

What should happen when you add these sections to a schedule is that section 4 should be the only one to automatically additionally pull in a recitation section; however, currently all sections of the class include a recitation.
