Directorship attendance autofill should only include activated accounts

Currently, when you go to submit directorship attendance, it pulls a list of all frosh and accounts in the "active" group. However, this includes disabled accounts. A filter should be added to remove disabled accounts.

Start by locating the directorship attendance submission flow and the query that builds its autofill list from the active group. Confirm how account activation or disabled status is represented, then verify that disabled accounts are excluded while activated frosh and accounts remain included.
