Pull packet numbers automatically

Now that conditional stores the RIT email for users, and upgraded accounts have that data in ldap, we can automatically pull data.

Each intro account should display the score of their newest packet. For the sake of data consistency, each time it's pulled it should store the missed signatures number still.
