GET request to mark HM as Attended

For some inexplicable reason I made ```@attendance_bp.route('/attendance/alter/hm//', methods=['GET'])``` a `GET` request. No idea why, it totally breaks the RESTful standards.

Nonetheless, it should be fixed.

找到与 /attendance/alter/hm// 匹配的 Flask route，并检查 attendance action 是如何调用的。将当前仅使用 GET 的行为替换为用于更改 attendance state 的适当 method，然后验证将 HM 标记为已出席仍然有效，并且不再使用 GET 进行更改。
