説明

If any pending seminars:
- List seminar info (name, date, attendees)
- Review button

If any pending directorships:
- List meeting info (type, date, attendees)
- Review button

On click review button:
- Ability to edit attendees
- Approve button
- Delete button

Attendance history:
- List of approved attendances & info (name, date, attendees)
- Edit button

On click edit button:
- ability to add/remove attendees
- Delete button
- Submit button
