SettingsExpander not showing title and description on Wasm/Uno

The SettingsExpander is not showing title or description when running on Wasm.

まず Wasm/Uno ターゲットで SettingsExpander を再現し、コントロールの実装と、存在する場合は既存のテストを調査します。展開時のコンテンツは機能している一方で、タイトル、説明、ヘッダー、アイコンが表示されない理由を追跡します。影響を受ける Uno ターゲットでこれらの要素が正しくレンダリングされれば完了です。
