Cannot build template project

### Description

Running `dotnet build` in template directory fails with exceptions.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Download repo
2. Navigate to template folder
3. Run `dotnet build`

Expected result: Builds successfully

### Environment

- OS: Mac X1
- .NET MAUI: 9.0.14/9.0.100
- Target platforms: iPhoneOs

Start in the template directory and reproduce the failure with `dotnet build`, then inspect the iOS native binding build output around `NewBindingiOS.xcarchive` and `NewBinding-Swift.h`. Done means the template builds successfully for the reported iPhoneOS target without the CoreFoundation, os_object, or Foundation module errors.
