[Feature] Update PersonView to use PersonPicture control.

## Describe the problem this feature would solve

The PersonPicture control is meant specifically for displaying a user's profile image and display name. That is mostly what PersonView does too, so for the sake of consistency we should consider adopting the control instead of supporting it manually.
