[Bug]: Missing Line breaks in code formatted output

Reproduction steps

Operating system: Windows (Not availible in the dropdown, also see https://github.com/CommandCodeAI/desktop/issues/19 )

Ask for files in a directory (or other cases where you would expect line breakes in a code block)

Expected behavior

Line breaks where these also also communly used in e.g. the OS:
E.g.

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 14607 Aug 8 21:34 app_backup.py
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 23311 Aug 23 13:39 app.py
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 202 Aug 8 14:33 Dockerfile

Actual behavior

output, e.g. in this case file listings (but I have also need it in SQL code) are put in one line:
