Reproduction steps

1. Launch Desktop App
2. In the terminal window that opens, navigate to a project directory for an existing project/directory where used cmd CLI before
3. Launch CLI via cmd
4. Use command-R (or via the View menu reload item) to reload desktop app
5. See

Looks like it inlined:

⠶ That's an OSC (Operating System Command) escape sequence — specifically OSC 11, which sets the terminal's background color.

  - ] — starts an OSC sequence
  - 11 — command for the default background color
  - rgb:0000/0000/0000 — color in X11 rgb: notation (16-bit per channel), i.e. black
  Full form is typically ESC]11;rgb:0000/0000/0000ESC\ (or with BEL \a as terminator). Terminal emulators like iTerm2, kitty,
  and WezTerm send it to change their own background color.
