Upgrade usage left message threshold too low

Summary

I think that the “⚠️ 53% of plan credits used (70.2 remaining). Upgrade: https://commandcode.ai/billing” is too soon.

When used "expensive" models, the 50% threshold was fine as usage and costs jumped fast.

But, with open models, this isn't case. Maybe 80-90% threshold is better - or better yesterday configure the usage alert threshold in config?

Expected Behavior

Not to alert too early.

Actual Behavior

Alerts a bit too soon.

Get to 50% threshold and start new session.
