Double axle pendulum with Matter.js

I was looking at one of your direct's on youtube where you talk about matter.js and that reminded me of a video I saw where do something cool with a double axis pendulum. Do you think that with matter.js or some other lib you would be able to recreate what said pendulum does? I leave the video for you here:
