Coding challenge : Create an Add function for UseTab.org

Hi Dear Programmer,
I need help. I've a website named www.UseTab.org . first visit my website .
then you can see an area for speed dialing(Bookmarks that already added) . in that section i need an "Add button" that for adding Bookmarks to the users. i mean User want to add Websites in to the speed dialing.

Eg:- if you are a user, You can see default Bookmarks in my websites like (Google,Facebook, Yahoo!, Gmail,etc). If you want to add "Twitter" in to this Speed dial. just a section for adding this.

i hope you understand my doubts. please give me reply as soon as possible. Thanks.
