Can the owner of this project check my PR?

I am just getting uses to github and learning about creating PR on it as well as bug tracking/issue tracking.
I like to see my PR get excepted /approved and see if i get a notification of this.
If you cannt incorporate the PR because you dont want to could you delete my PR to see if i get notified on delete?

Not i am learning this and figure this project is the one to learn because it looks like a project that is meant for learning
