Sort the Stages list

Stages are currently listed by how many projects are in each stage; it would be more useful if they were listed by "maturity" level instead:

Hibernating
Drifting
Commeting
Bootstrapping
Prototyping
Testing
Maintaining

(@themightychris, could you confirm above order is as intended?)

Locate the code that renders the Stages list and currently orders stages by project count. Compare its output with the maturity order listed in the issue, clarifying the intended spelling and order of “Commeting” with the project maintainer. Done means the list follows the confirmed maturity sequence.
