Members only posts on activity feed

Members only posts (aka "login required" posts), see #57.

Current:
- display using same rule as other posts on blog page (full post), display only to logged in users (keep current implementation)
- members only posts are not displayed on home activity feed

Expected:
- display in short form (Title and post summary) on home page activity feed only to logged in users

まず issue #57 と、メンバー限定の投稿に対する既存のブログページ処理を確認します。次に、ホームページのアクティビティフィードの実装箇所を特定し、ログイン済みユーザー向けの可視性と短い形式のタイトル/概要のレンダリングがどのように処理されているかを確認します。対象となる投稿がログイン済みユーザーにのみ表示され、現在のブログページの動作を変更しない状態になれば完了です。
