Member directory layout improvement

**Current:**
Member directory need some love. Avatars can be different sizes, names can be very long so it looks weird in current layout:

**Expected:**
My proposed solution is table with information such as:
- Avatar (image - small thumbnail)
- Name + indication if user is site Staff/Administrator
- Handle
- Location (visible only to users with permission to manage users - $accountLevelEditOthers)
- Account Level (visible only to users with permission to manage users - $accountLevelEditOthers)

I thin this is much more easier to read and liking more to the directory page.
